Icchi's at least thinking about schools that use the same stations so they can go together (and, on days Anna isn't working and he doesn't have cram school, go home together as well). It's not the perfect solution, but it doesn't look like there's one of those.

Tho, with all honesty, despite what the author just emphatized, i'll rather they skip high school yrs and after graduation we get a jump 10 yrs on the future for a happy end lol. I mean, mostly with Kyo current personality, studying in different schools most likely will be a rough hurdle. Jealousy, pseudo-rivals and what not, not to mention with her job she'll barely have time for him. So, as much as i'd love to see much more of them ill take only the rest of middle school where they're stable and hopefully a clutch happy end with them married.

Kyo writing himself a note to remind him it wasn't a dream reminds me of when I watched Kimi ni Todoke, I think it was, and Sawako left notes all over the house to make her realize she wasn't dreaming when she woke up after Shouta properly asked her out... And the fact that was only the second-to-last episode of season 2, and there was a whole third season beyond that with 5 episodes, each an hour long! I was eating good with that RomCom, too.

Maybe one day I'll read the manga for that one, too. But the three seasons were plenty enough for me as it is. Generally, if the anime was satisfying enough, I usually leave it at that. But this was just so good I had to see more. These Dangers in my Heart got me good.


And... reality sinks in, they have their futures to consider. I'm not surprised Anna was fast- she's probably been thinking about what school she wanted to attend for a good while.

Where you getting the 'post high school' arc part? This is them looking to move on to high school. They're in 3rd year middle school.

Also, on the matter of a romance manga that moved beyond high school.... For me, that's Cheeky Brat (Namaiki Zakari), where the story tells from around when the male lead enters high school (female lead is his senpai a year ahead) through into college. The end of the story is around when the male lead proposes and they become engaged, and the epilogue chapters talk about planning the wedding, if I recall, and also them moving in to their own place together.

I think Kimi ni Todoke also has some college-era story.
