I really liked this chapter, kept wondering what exactly prevented Mina from doing cleaning tasks. Turns out it was DRM, nagware and on-disk DLC. That and the fact she never considered cleaning as a possibility given that she was a Cooking-Type. The moment she thought about it she had to clean, and order him to watch her clean, since she her AI is optimizing for being the perfect wife. Mina is also very unsafe to be around since an AI 'optimizing for X' will put human safety below anything that increases X. AI Stamp Collector being a famous thought experiment showing the risks of reward functions.
