The phrase "losing the plot" gets thrown around a lot, but it's not often I see it so literally. Who are these characters? What the fuck is even going on? Why are we supposed to care? What happened to the story?
This reads like the mangaka originally wanted to write a dystopian drama about android rights and morality, got rejected by the publisher and told to retool it for broader appeal, made it into a robot love story, and now that he's all cushy and published with a contract, he's hijacking his own manga to write the story he originally wanted. What a weird and nonsensical set of turns.

Man, talk about losing the plot. This development is completely different from the premise of the manga that I started reading. This was supposed to be a romance about a dude and his android wife, not some dystopian "robots are bad" type of story. Way to lose your audience mr author

Themes were already established in the early Mina only chapters, now its just the flip-side.

I want to say he knowingly baited people with cute robot doing cute things (yall took it hook line and sinker) to get into what he actually wants to explore. His previous works aren't fully translated but they certainly go places, with art taking a back seat to narrative. Its a bit incomprehensible, really, as if they've got way to many ideas without the ability to express them coherently.

Also please let robo head be fine, she has a boyfriend and all that!

Robo head is Shitorarii #30, the one from the club. I think the final girlfriend Shitorarii is Shitorarii #35, although it seems like the previous Shitorariis each went to school with Ryuusei for a little while before each being replaced by the next one (since, if you look closely during the main flashback segment in chapter 42, the Roman numerals on her choker were slowly going up).

The point of the current story arc isn't "robots are bad", it's more like "uncle is bad for hating robots and reprogramming and manipulating the Shitorarii robots into hating themselves and making them participate in his terroristic plot".

Author got too high on his/her own farts.

The entire appeal of this shit was the robot wife, not all this surface-level rambling about robots and society. It's not even an interesting or new look into that topic, it just regurgitates shit a million other stories have already touched on in a way more competent way.

If this was the kind of story the author wanted to tell then he/she should have made this an anthology series from the get-go.
