I think they are for only one category, appearance. With different levels, from High/High (like A+) to Low/Low (like C-)

interesting he is successful with numbers but other than maybe LINE where they use irl avatars instead of like a cartoon/drawing, be awkward if he was bad with faces or accidentally called them the wrong name
