More seriously, a woman who sleep with several men and at the 1st meeting are always called "easy girls", which is clearly pejorative.
While a man who do the same (which absolutely do exist as well) is called a playboy with a lot of admiration about him.
Why such a difference ?

If a key opens many locks, it’s a master key; if a lock is opened by any key, it’s a shitty lock. Applied to people, a man bedding multiple women is praise-worthy because it's something hard to achieve, and it reflects his self-investment. A woman bedding many men, however, is easy and diminishes her perceived value, as she’s the goalkeeper of sex letting any guy score.
If you doubt this, ask men if they prefer a girl who sleeps around over one that's selective. In contrast, most women prefer an experienced guy, because they use other women as a vetting strategy to know he's worth their time ie. "if all these other girls want him, there must be a reason".

And it's not about the existence of easy women, he called out Watanabe because slut-shaming is moronic and self-destructive. It literally hurts everyone. It makes women that would be down for casual sex squeetish to do so altogether or more often for fear of social ostracization (in most circle, what is the worse thing to be called for a woman? 'Slut'.) And it indirectly hurts men because the need to appear prude makes the entire process more subtle and complicated, which wouldn't have to be in an environment where men (or women who internalized misogyny) call anyone flirty or flirting derogatory terms.
Also, it was just plain wrong. The dude is a pro pick-up artist, so the fact that he was successful does not mean the girl would go for anyone, doing anything. Mister 'I'm a patent agent' didn't go anywhere with her, didn't he?
It was technically fast to close with a kiss, but things have no choice to go fast in a club, there's no room to keep your distance and you have to get close to even be heard, so long convos either. There's either chemistry or there isn't.
Now, I don't remember exactly how many, but the MC raked a lot of phone numbers since they started. The point is for him to learn from this master, so it's not gonna end his search here obviously, but there's bound to be women willing to fuck or even date out of all of them, depending on how well he follows up. It's really a numbers game and it makes it so much easier when you put in the work and don't even acknowledge rejections. Way too many dudes complain they don't find anyone when they don't even search, when they literally don't meet new women or stop to nurse their little kokoro at the first setback.
Women today can afford to be casual, even flippant about it, but guys have to take the time to focus on it and treat it for a few weeks like if it's their job.

might depend on the age range but unless you're at some club/bar known for a hookup spot i think it'd be rare for some ppl to accept an immediate proposition or the woman making the first move but while bad stuff does happen in JP i can imagine it being laid back b/c they don't have to worry about a man being a serial killer instead of being just honry XD;
