I'm 100% for killing him, bc it's clear that letting him live is basically 100% downside for the MCs... but torturing him for what, "payback"? "Pleasure"? Those aren't any better than what the baddie was doing to the MC himself. I certainly don't think all MCs need to be shining paragons of morality or the like, but given the tone & events of the story to this point, I don't want to see and/or think it fits for THIS specific story to be one where the MC becomes what he originally hates.

Well I'm not one hoping for the MC to descend, I just wanted the guy to get Karma by being set upon by 30 gay orcs and butt loved for 3 days and nights until he sloshed from being so inflated, then the MC could have put him out of his misery by popping him with a pin

Kazu was faced with a life or death problem and solved it decisively without getting petty. That much is a pleasant surprise in this genre. He even did it head-on with a handicap pour encourager les autres.

While this would be a bit of dark comedy, I don't think we've actually SEEN any "gay Orcs" have we? So far as I can recall, we've only seen the Orcs in this story kill the men they encounter & rape the women. I have a vague memory that they might've eaten some of the dead humans? So I guess maybe if he got offed by orcs they might eat him post-mortem... but hell, the MC could just leave his corpse out & the same thing would probably happen anyway.

Edit: & even if we just assume some other karmic justice happens & he lives through excruciating agony for a bit before dying, I don't really understand why ppl would find enjoyment in that... though I guess the whole "torture porn" sub-genre that's popped up in the last couple of decades says there's quite the market for that stuff. & i mean, sure, the guy's a dangerous scumbag & they're currently in a setting w/ nothing resembling a greater justice system (& TBH I'd say it might've been worth doing it even in a normal modern society just to remove this bastard from the rest of society even at the cost of oneself), so yes the logical & likely best-choice for their budding little "society" or whatever you'd want to call ot is to ensure he can't cause any further issues by dirtnapping him. I just genuinely don't want to see and/or think about him anymore, or leave the door open for some kinda "I actually escaped & have now become OP!" nonsense down the line. Just put the proverbial bullet in his head & move on.

I am honestly surprised the fight started and ended with the guy's death in a single chapter, usually it takes a dozen chapter and the guy usually survives to be a prick again later

I think Shiba's power was a combination of: Bully, Bluff, Scared Minions, Shotgun.

I also think that a pathetic death suited his screeching pathetic ass. It showed all of his followers just how weak the guy they were all scared of really was. Kind of glad they didn't drag it out.

Incredible that it started with MC wanting revenge and now it looks like he feels guilty, for killing a piece of shit that tortured, killed and wanted to rape like a tyrant.
I can't stand this kind of protagonists, made a favour to the world but think they will have to live with the burden of taking a life, when saving a lot more, he knew the piece of shit was unremedable and every single level up would have him worse.

I kinda like how MC used Reflection to counter the bully. It's somehow more satisfying than having him literally used his hands.

Also, I was expecting the bully to manage to run. Didn't expect him to actually die and for MC to get exp.

I wonder what the rest of the high school faction will do. I doubt they want/can join the facility faction.

Other than crippling them or killing everyone else around them , hopefully ppl wouldn’t naively show mercy unless they were able to get far enough away to where they’d never cross paths again

I'd rather not give him the opportunity to get away just because MC didn't finish him off. And who knows, he might also somehow get revived by outside/otherworldly powers to further fuel our hate for him.
