Cosidering her upper half is still mostly in one piece,if he acted fast enough,just maybe there's a super heal he can use.

And perhaps he can score more with the others if he does manage to save her.

Or he's going to go into depression and get a lot of pity action in the level up zone.

He's not the group's healer, and there wasn't any life in those eyes by the time he looked down, so I doubt he could have called for a medic in the split second after she was split.

Considering it wasn't that long between the split and him taking down the orc,the brain would still be safe enough for a restart if they manage to pull something off.

That something,though,would have to overcome the massive blood loss,the bacterial exposure,get both the heart and lungs pumping enough to prevent brain damage during the body rebuild,and deal with both the physical and mental traumas.

It's not instant my any means,otherwise she wouldn't feel the massive amount of pain.

Whilst if we strictly speak about the brain,they've got three minutes before the lack of oxygen begins triggering permanent damage,four to six minutes in which her being saved would leave her in one of many mentally damaged states or straight up a vegetable,and after that the reaper comes' reapin'.

10 to 15 minutes after is when professionals would declare death.

The instant nerve ending seperations could cause immediate unconsciousness,though,and "could" because the few studies done on beheaded folks found out that some would still be conscious until the blood completely drained from their heads,which would take quite a few seconds,if not a minute,due to how close the cut was.

So it's not movie level,but a very slim margin.

Not withstanding the literal same earthquake followed by the entire hill top being transported to another world.

I'm pretty sure it's definitely a side story.
