Good Tamaki was there to console him and repay her favor for him help her earlier. Now is her turn to make him grow (in one way or another ). Since that was done in white room is like if nothing happened in real life so still virgin.

Seems Shiki group is safe... good. Time to plan an attack on Shiba to get Arisu back once Kazu and Tamaki return and he sorted out his feelings.

He's in a much worse mental state now compared to before all this shit happened. He was recovering quite well from a pretty bad place and now he's thrown back into hell. The despair after getting your hopes up hits that much harder.

How did you manage to end up with that conclusion? He is despairing because the girl he loved protected and walked off with his bully whom he was literally planing to kill before all of this began while said bully declaring that Arisu was his girl. There is nothing about cheating. If anything, Tamaki took adventage of his moment of weakness and fucked him to calm him down.

Arisu pushed him to bang other girls exactly for them to heal him when he finds out she’s been lying to him the whole time they were together. She’d be thrilled that her fucked up plan actually worked.

It's the betrayal that did it to him, back in Japan, he had closed off his heart and feelings from the world, refusing to be hurt by anyone again. He likely wouldn't have offed himself after killing Shiba in Japan, he just wanted his tormenting to end.

Here, in the isekai world, he had let Arisu in, opened his heart to her when he thought he would be safe from betrayal with her, only for Arisu to not just betray him for any random person, but for his bully, Shiba. This betrayal was twice as horrible, because first you have the betrayal itself, then you have the fact that Shiba, yet again, messed with his life.
