The guy who takes the FMC is the MC bully. He's also her cousin. No he doesn't rape her or anything. He is killed by MC before he can do anything. There is rape just not on any names characters.

Honestly, the characters I like the least are the main heroines, especially after that idiocy of going with her brother, and the personality totally dependent on the other blonde, Mia-san has already won a place in my heart and Shiki-san too (I put san at the end of the names, because I thought it would be strange to leave just the name there or is it just in my head?)
