Because it's a pain to redraw most likely just look at chapter 1 and how much text is over the art.

would doubling paging work for that? i mean its more of a quick fix or stopgap but on the difficult pages a side by side or something could show the translated page and the original for the readers context. i do agree though that could be why, i took a look at the first chapter too and there is an impressive amount of air text that's from out of the way near the corner to literally no top of the characters xD. does look interest though i hope someone eventually picks it up or it gets an english release.

Nah better option would be to create boxes for the unimportant ones. But even then that's a pain because there's so much. Look at the Russian scanlation even they said fuck it on a lot but did redraw some important bits. Props to them though for trying.

its decent , but man seems like author have never met someone who was bullied to the point of making pitfall to kill the bullies, in ch1 it was obvious that mc had lost trust on humans , but now in few days he is confessing his feeling to girl like how does that even make sense , I would have believed it if it were in span of few months , whole love angle seems too forced

Suspension bridge affect man not hard to understand. Don't be surprised how a life in death situation can bring two people close as well. She's younger and also she had no part in their bullying. Later on you'll see he still hesitates to even forgive a bystander. Also I don't think it's that edgy.

Props to the Scanlator for picking this up. Dw about the redraws just looking at those in the raws I can tell how tedious it is to do those.
