Comments based on the first chapter:

• sister is weird. She sounds like she thinks women are baby machines. It may be purposeful but it’s certainly uncomfortable.
• the siblingship is weird. “I’m a ten year old boy after all, I wouldn’t be able to contain myself around a lady” Bro that’s your sister??? You haven’t even hit puberty????
• it’s irises that are the colored part, not pupils. Pupils are the black dot.

Aside from that this is an okay start, I’m interested.

As far as i see the sister is talking about political marriages, which is a pretty normal thing in this kind of societies. I fail to see where the term baby machines comes into play here. Yes, producing an heir will be her duty but it will only be one of many. As for the boys comment, i can assure you that even before the age of being physically able to engage in certain activities the mind does occasionally wander and fantasies of affection can occur, even if the "target" is a relative. That´s nothing creepy, it´s just a normal part of the development process (one could call it a mental testing/balancing phase).

i would call it inspired by. It is different enough to be its own thing. In fact, i would say the differences are more apparent then between all those generic harem isekai out there.
