Agreed. Considering everything regarding the mysterious nature of her condition and how important it is that they make it to his friend's place, it is vital that he is on his toes with the details of their journey. He should have backup plans for his backup plans for how to handle potential problems. Since the giant snake was a mutated monstrosity, using a normal antidote is dicey at best; he should have used 'the good stuff' on a wound like that--or seek out a place to obtain such a cure as soon as possible. We can tell that he was suffering from his wound beyond what he should know is normal since before he actually went out into the snow; and yet he irresponsibly put Both of them in danger by going into a blizzard in such a compromised state. -1 respect for Apothecary.I don't think sending a distress signal was supposed to turn into a whole beacon and break the amulet. Seems like her magic power is not to be underestimated
I get that the apothecary is trying to be selfless and prioritize Reszurre, but at this point it's just reckless. What does he gain if both of them die in the mountains trying to get to their destination asap, instead of taking a longer break to recover first...
Thanks for the chapter!
