In his defense, i hear the prequel was really messed up. And the author of this DID make that prequel, but if they haven't made anything like that since, then it's just the past, and if they didn't make anything like that before, then it could even be seen as being bait to rage dump and shame on guro lovers in the sequel. (Which is weird and still immoral imo, but at least that would mean the author is not a dead inside guro lover)
