Okay, there are four possibilities of what’s going on with Alicia:

A) She’s actually honest about her feelings and is completely unaware of what’s going on with Noah and Rachel.

B) She’s in love with Noah too, which…ick? Poor her?

C) She’s in love with Rachel, which would be both interesting and heartbreaking.

D) She’s the only completely aware of what’s going on with Noah and Rachel and is the wisest person in the room, but her illness and feelings of being a burden keep her silent.

Honestly she could be any of these four, she’s a bit of a mystery, huh? 🤔

I love how everyone is a little bit fucked up with messy feelings in this, makes things so interesting!! Tonally its simlar to "My Fiancé is in Love with My Little Sister" but I like this much better because although FMC is suffering, she's also selfish and has her own agency. I also went and found raws and ooof, can't wait to read more!! Thanks for scanlating~

Edit: If you'd like another series with similar themes but takes place in modern day and also no incest, I recommend "Studio Cabana"!

That look at the end by Alicia to Noah...I can't tell for sure exactly what she recognizes. I think for sure she knows that Rachel is in love with Noah, but the question is does she realize Noah's feelings. Suspicious, but I can't tell what her plans are - is she a white lotus? Is she merely trying to salvage the scenario for them? Is she thinking Noah also has feelings for Rachel but doesn't recognize them?

So curious.

My Fiance is In Love With My Little Sister is fuckin' ANGST and suffering. It's great though, especially in later chapters where some secrets start to come out - wild story so far. You hit it on the head, her having agency makes this much less angsty and almost feels more like a thriller with her navigating tenuous waters with her plots and plans.

Studio Cabana is also an excellent rec as you said - just found that a couple weeks ago myself. Idk why I love angst, I think it makes me robotic heart feel something lol.
