I see why a lot of her clients would be turned off by her extravagant creations.

Cause chances are the materials used are expensive as fuck, when her clients are more than likely to be low wage commoners just looking for a cheap replacement tool.

In marketing this is referred to as 'Upselling", the act of trying to sell a more expensive or premium version of a product to a customer, instead of offering them a cheaper and more accessible options first.

The problem is more that she works in a hardware store instead of a forge. Like even going near the dungeon is a good place but she would do better to set up her stall near a place where they are looking for wares.
