the new girl is a magician (duh), she have some problems and sometime fires in the wrong direction, I only lightly remember it but it was for some past incident, that is why she is usually solo, she tried with a new party and things go wrong, rest assured, her now ex-party is composed of pieces of shit that will be punished soon
Her breast problem is the heaviest up to now, amputation, she lost one of her breasts in a big incident, I think her whole body was injured but she mostly recovered, aside a breast that was gone for good, she developed a complex for it and was unable to recover fully, she wanted to romance like a normal person but her feeling incomplete made her unable to go along with people, MC can "heal" her, as his breast correction is absolute it just needs to be related to it, I think he makes so make so the chest recovers meat and change a part shape into a nipple, not functional, but would look as the other.
I don't remember what was her magic problem exactly.

I put that caveat in since the manga has already altered some events from the original version (mostly pertaining to just how extensive main girl's forced-exposure training of the ML was; over there, it's been after every treatment he gives any of the other girls, right from the very start).

That said, after dealing fully with the sad story of the final girl in that cut, our main girl accepts the emotional significance of the bond formed during therapy and gives up trying to gatekeep; they open up for commercial operations with all girls (save the guild interviewer) having a piece of him now and again.

Will it happen that way here? We'll find out.

The romance with Rimu at this point is fairly forced so I feel like accepting them all, not to mention what the wind says about the future, feels like the only option.

Just that it was the first time he'd touched a girl's breast outside of treatment and the feeling was very different without triggering the intense physical and emotional intimacy associated with their sessions.

And, yes, the first time. His actual girlfriend has some odd intimacy boundary issues that get explored in a later arc. What's important to note at this point is that, while she's exposed him and played with him extensively (alone and in front of the others), he's only touched her breasts during their sessions (although she's encouraged those sessions to go into overtime) and hasn't been allowed to kiss her even once.
