It wouldn't surprise me if it got more effective the more he uses it too, with the downside of the sensation being even more overwhelming for the target.

So, like, eventually he can do full changes within a session or two, but the target needs therapy after to ever feel good with someone else's touch again.

It was way back in thr beginning, buti believe they said something to that effect. Skills can level up and level up tends to come from usage.

Though IIRC, they were hoping that leveling up his skill gives him control to not make women go crazy.
