My concern there is that this series is being written as if it were a harem, constantly introducing new girls who simply become part of the harem and don't move on. (Even though it also isn't enjoyable as a harem because there's a defined "chosen girlfriend" from the start who constantly gets possessive and shuts down interactions with the other characters.)

So if that trend continues, it will become too cluttered to introduce new and varied characters. We've also seen little actual progress with the changes despite the patients evidently being impressed with how things are going. So I'm just not sure if we're really going to see patients cycle out and make room for new characters.

It's a valid concern, if only because I wanna see just how far Takeru can go with this skill of his.

Curing breast cancer? Opening a clinic to help women with both medical and aesthetic needs? Advancing his skill's abilities and potential until he can do it hands-off, without the "orgasm" aspect, and he can attend to multiple people simultaneously and can help those who suffered trauma and/or can't handle the "lewd" aspects otherwise?

There's a fuckton of explore-able space, and that's without the horny basis of it all. And there's still the whole "dungeons everywhere and people fighting to clear them and protect the world" part of the setting and world backstory.
So having the women around him part ways after their treatment, or maybe become part of some foundation/organization with their various skill sets to assist even more people and help MC reach a broader audience/pool of potential patients, would be nice to see.

I do think that, given they're...like, maybe 2nd years in high school, Him and his GF simply being betrothed makes sense. I do think we've basically only gotten topless nudity thus far; yes, we could have (and likely will) have actual sex occur at some point, but MC is still somewhat tentative about the lewd aspects of everything.
So hopefully we do get some relationship progress for him and his GF, and perhaps all of this and more is actually in the pipeline and it's just a matter of getting to those arcs.

But I guess we'll just have to see. I just hope we're nowhere near done and that this is all going to be fully expanded upon.

it's quite literally a manga that I wish I could talk about in mixed company because of how surprisingly sensitive and forward-thinking it is in certain ways, but the moment I'd start describing the MC's skill, I know what kind of looks I'd get, so.

I didn't actually parse what she'd said in the last panel of the chapter, and now I think that's a new & interesting angle.

What happens when he meets a patient (customer?) who keeps asking for changes and reversions of those changes, and he has to eventually say "enough is enough, I can't keep doing this for you"? Or, someone who wants bigger breasts for a party, then to go back to smaller breasts, and treats MC like some sort of "drive through magic plastic surgeon" that she continuously hits up and exploits for minor edits at her whim.

Interesting to consider.

Not as introspective as the previous parts of this arc, but Takeru got to feel up his gf/fiance and then everyone else in turn, so that's the ecchi quota filled.

I kinda wonder if he'll continue working toward figuring out how to be more "clinical" with his skill, so that he can remove the ..."sensual" factor for those moments it's unnecessary or even outright detrimental. (say he's gotta work with an abuse victim who is seeking a new sense of identity; that physicality aspect would be ...well, traumatic in that case, so making that person feel safe and cared for by turning off that arousal component would be necessary.)

This title is surprisingly sensitive to things like body image and confidence and how "even if others think you look fine/XYZ isn't a problem, doesn't mean you don't feel the same" - all while being an ero manga about groping girls' chests. So going even further with some of the scenarios in that light would be interesting to see. (Still wanna see him figure out how to cure breast cancer, or remove the physical touching aspect entirely, or something to broaden his ability to help people.)

Anyway thanks for continuing this series, it remains the most "wait wait, hear me out" manga on my list.
