Seems like a one note kind of story to me to where it will get repetitive and boring real fast.

Although, if I had that power I would start a business and essentially become a plastic surgeon who specializes in breasts, but their are several more benefits one being no surgery actually needed. Also, he can likely cure breast cancer or any other diseases located in the breast, based on what has been stated already. This skill is a ridiculously easy money maker.

I can suspend my disbelief on the story's premise where dungeons and skills exist, but the one thing that aggravates me is that the boy will not pick a favorite size. I believe any real person in his situation would use their skill to become the demon lord and create a perfect world of justice or aplenty.

This work is kinda OK, but its seems to lack a bit in things like plot and even genre.

Like, this is an LitRPG Apocalypse but bro is out there doing occasionally-pervy slice-of-life?
It's not even consistently pervy, there's the occasional chapter that just does 'plot'.

Don't get me wrong, there's definite promise to the concept of 'slice-of-life in a LitRPG Apocalypse'.
But if you do something like that, you should either start out with a point you're trying to make, about the adaptability of the human spirit or something, or with a particular feeling you want to evoke, like 'thrills' or 'laughs'. Do foreshadowing, worldbuilding, etc.

This feels like the author just started writing without any particular plans, and is making it up as they go along.
To actually consider the manga clever, I'd want asides on government policy, how the world is dealing with people with suddenly become super hackers, mad scientists or alchemists - or gain the ability to summon gold out of thin air. Make me feel like it's a real world.

The natural development from this point would be that the MC assembles a party of chestily-challenged girls and goes dungeon-delving with them, but then the manga would become just another dime-a-dozen harem dungeon-delving story, wouldn't it?
And unless the Dungeons feature, like, goblin girls with dreams of perfect boobs, there will be very little the MC can actually contribute in a party.

Overall, I suspect the author won't be clever enough to do the premise justice. Maybe if they gain collaboration partners?

This is a surprisingly wholesome erotica manga... Helping out women with their complex's about their breasts, but then of course they all must climax and fall in love with him. Wish it wasn't a harem, but I can live with it.
