Abandoned apartments if you want to get away or construction site to fight it out fairly. The narrow corridors and roads could get some distance from those guys. In the construction site maybe you can find a pipe or something to even out one of 12 guys with bats... I'd take the apartments route.

Cleaning is a pretty simple job anyone can do it. Too bad I lost my will to work in scanlating. Good luck with that!
