Just to introduce a dude who does it 1000x better and faster a couple chapters later. He looked like a complete doofus here. Like whatever he did before didn't amount to nothing. Shit's lame

But I'm sure the author is going to have him pull something outta his ass to win in the end. Despite him looking like his ass can't hang with this guy whatsoever and was let go free.
