But his guilt for leaving his mommy, being a PoS to Chako, holding up to a promise to Yuri after she promised Rei to take him out if the town and the feeling he owes something to Gen have always made him end rejecting Nagi.

She may have dropped her obsession with Esemori's books, however, that would lead to her become insanely clingy to Reiji if the bad scenario happens, now that he'll become her top 1 and only priority. Unless series is on its last legs and she voluntarily gets out after talking things with Reiji.

I think when her relationship with Esemori was exposed, she probably got blacklisted. As an idol, you're supposed to be "pure and untouched". Once they realize she was in a relationship with an older man it probably left a bad taste with her fans. So most likely many connections will drop her.
