I'm sorry but this is just character assassination much like with Chako it seems that whenever the author's pet character (Nagi) is involved every others character become unhinge and lunatic, as if she can't do anything wrong she's the eternal victim boohoo. And of course no one gonna mention how this stem from Reiji not rejecting Sensei again when he knew full well what type of person she was almost like he knew something like this would happen and wanted it to happen, you can only be the victim for so long before becoming as toxic as the people around you.
I would say no good would ever come from him and Nagi together but yeah they deserve each other's after all.

Man I sure didn't see this comin'
Nahi chasing Reiji, and not being really kidnapped by Yuri but also kinda?
Anyways, I can't fucking have too much of Yuri yendereness, and I love her.
Wonder who will die first, most likely Yuri (which I don't really want but eh).
Thanks for the chapter!

In what way is this character assassination for Shiba? Since when has Sensei not been unhinged, delusional, and willing to make up any excuse to justify removing any barricades to her relationship with Reiji?

Though this is obviously Reiji's fault but he's not in this chapter, and he can't be held responsible for Sensei's reactions. She's a grown woman.

I may sound crazy for saying this but i think the "cure" for all of this is the most least expected character in this story, Yuko herself. I also believe she will be the one to save Nagi from the teacher and Reiji as well. After Nagi last gesture of kindness by returning her first love back to her, she will be rekindled and finally ''approve'' her in a way like what she did to her in the hospital. She know Reiji is a good boy deep inside and so the only for her to save him to free him, complete freedom from her terrible past. This may sound cliche but I think this will be the best ending. As she does all of that, the manga will end where weeks past and she finally pass away.

Saw the raws for ch.160.

Looks like it was Esemori who (partially) saved Reiji by telling him a lil bit more of Nagi's story and telling Reiji to find Nagi and know her real name and leave town, while Esemori finally admitted he belongs to Yuko and he'll be the one who will take her with him (to the grave). Mw, Yuri inherited her parents' house to basically... murder-suicide Nagi, with the deadline being her attempt at marrying Reiji down.
As for Yuko... doubt she's waking up, so any conversation has to be in another exiatential plane. It got kinda established some people can see Reiji's abyss in their dreams (Yuko dragged him to her miaery conga inside a dream, Chako saw him drowning further, Gen saw him trapped in his fishtank and Kazumasa saw the Kuroses inside too, so it's not farfetched to think Esemori's words about taking Yuko with him may be in a meta level. Reiji may be leaving the final confrontation with Yuri at the doors of death and having to be put on a coma sleep, and only after he gets interrupted by Esemori from joining Yuko in hell, being reminded about what he truly wants and getting the approval from his mom in his dreams because Nagi is just like him and Yuko that he will wake up.

I like your idea. Although Yuko is now in a hospital bed, she may not be able to participate in the rescue of Nagi. But when Reiji rescues Nagi, the two will face Yuko together. According to Reiji's original plan to sever ties with Yuko, the mother and son will never be able to reconcile. But after Nagi offers other solutions, Yuko may be willing to "liberate" Reiji and thereby "cure" Reiji.

At the last moment, Reiji finally felt that his mother loved him.
