This manga felt like the author was trying to say something about how readers build/develop expectations for how character arcs should start and conclude. Like, I would have compared it the Flowers of Evil. And I thought that because of how much I liked the character closures in Hatsukoi Zombie and Himegoto that we were gonna get that with this. This manga had so many characters that could have gotten great character pay off, like in the stories that I mentioned. None of that happened. Manga shoulda been like 80 chapters of Esemori and Yuko's doomed romance.
