It isn't brainrot, it is part of her speaking old English / Scottish. It would mean something like ''understand'', ''declare'' or ''aware'' in todays non-Brainrot language.

If you're from the south, just replace "ken" with "reckon".

Maybe before the rot took hold? I think it'd be basically impossible to keep going with her going off the whole time. Worse than loudly and poorly fake moaning, worse than talking about the inappropriate relationship she had with her dead father, worse than talking about her bowel movement history. Idk that last one might be harder to listen to than brainrotting, still like, eesh. A deaf person maybe? She's still gone off without words before as in the funeral chapter.

I expect though that they're all going to be virgins though since they're in a manga. To have clarified it in the first place makes me think the author cares about that kind of thing.
