Reallllyyyy hope this is a mixture of a joke and just needing a mental health break. I'm not super sure what "Whiteroom Therapy" is, but I do know what White Room Torture is, and like holy shit.

It could be a play on the actual thing (and whiteroom therapy is an actual thing, which can sometimes be beneficial for certain conditions in appropriate doses). If it is, then they're probably talking about finding a low-stimulus relaxing environment (specifically one without brainrot), not necessarily an actual white room.
