I read it elsewhere, well the first few chapters, and meh... the creator is just full of hatred and self loathing, plus the MC is fugly as hell. it all just stinks of NTR and INCEL. I swear this stuff just breeds rapists.

The reason for this being a seperate MangaDex page is that it's paged/book-formatted. Couldn't tell you about character names, but I can tell you that there are both uncensored (“Special Edition”) and censored (“All-Ages Edition”) Japanese versions.

No, BOOK☆WALKER has both. MD even links the Special Edition. If you were/are confused by my calling the Special Edition uncensored when it still has lightsabers, forgive me for forgoing calling it “the no-more-censored-than-the-Korean-but-still-genital-censored-because-both-Korea-and-Japan-are-authoritarian version”. It does not have the significant additional censorship of the All-Ages Edition.
