Browser tab name changes after quick switching side menu tabs

I'm not really sure how to put it more accurately in the title. Anyways, when you click on the "Random" tab from the side menu and then quickly switch to another tab (e.g. "Latest Updates") sometimes your web browser's tab name changes to the manga that was picked at random instead of displaying current tab's name.
It only happens when your timing is just right, otherwise it just properly opens 1 of the 2 tabs. I've encountered it while using Waterfox, but I also tried to replicate it on Edge and it also happens there.

It isn't specific to Random, you can reproduce it by clicking on a mango in your library and quickly click on another page. Looks like the callback to change the tab name after retrieving mango data doesn't get cancelled.
