I get the feeling of being annoyed at babies being loud on public transportation, but like as much as it's annoying you the mother is probably even more stressed. People got places to be even after popping out a kid.

I'm a little confused why the tea thing is sexual harassment. Harassment yes, but I don't think he said something sexual. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
Edit: ah thank you for explaining it to me! I was actually thinking about how the milk tea part might be referring to something but didn't want to seem I was looking to much into it. I totally missed the part where he called his co-worker ugly. I'm waiting for Oct when Dan bans this incel.

Ngl I've met way too many people like him irl.

@Vivi444 there’s 2 ways to think about this statement:
1. It is a statement towards the first person that brought him tea (saying that her tea taste especially bad cause she’s ugly)
2. It could refer to a sex joke (wanting to drink miki’s milk tea = wanting to see her breast)
Overall the main displeasure is that he was being inappropriate towards them and generally making them uncomfortable in a shallow and sexist way.

I agree with jujia.

I believe that guy made the situation sexual harassment by using the word "milk tea", and also commenting on the appearance of the two women collegues.

From my understanding, in a Japanese office, there is one employee who delivers tea to office workers. Usually, it's just hot tea or coffee. Milk tea in a conventional salaryman office during work time is rare unless the office worker brought it him/herself or perhaps a group order that has to be brought in from outside the company.

In the case presented in the manga, " 'I want to taste Miki chan's milk tea.' " I assumed that guy was making a misogynistic "joke" towards Miki-chan that involves female biology. Very disgusting. Also, that guy commented the woman delivering the tea (Yamasu-san) is ugly, and Miki-chan is beautiful, which also qualifies for sexual harassment.

With everything he has done and what he will do, this guy is trash.

It’s sexual harassment because he made an unwarranted comment about his coworkers appearance which also very clearly indirectly was insulting towards the woman who actually gave him the tea.
Women don’t want your “compliments”. Especially not at work. They’re creepy and distasteful and create an uncomfortable work environment.

It’s sexual in nature because he would never tell a male coworker that he wanted them to make them milk tea. It was definitely meant as flirtatious towards the one coworker and out of spite towards the chubbier coworker.

It's only ok to cheer women only if you are a +8 out of 10, this guy should have know it, they #MeToo him because he was ugly.
Deplorable how low they are making the villain fall, I don't know if author is trying to tell us something but things are solid until the I hate all the women part, laws maltreating men are a colossal dilemma.
Btw this guy doesn't merit death, he is hostile but he hasn't killed anyone yet.

It's understandable to get off work and someone annoys you e.g. the baby you are tired as well. But fuck dude why would you do that to a kid as well that can't even control it's crying.

This man is similar to a discord admin that I knew, he just bans anyone and everyone for dumb reasons until the server died so owner deleted it.

@cinic I agree with you, but the dude probably hurt badly or killed the baby (fall on head or trampled by the people), if is this case he deserve death. It's ok to be misogynist and hate females in this era, but not to hurt children.

You do realise the way of speaking, gestures make things very obvious when things are "just a joke" and actual sexual innuendos (here th latter was true). And no, a very attractive male can sexually harass people too. He didn't get reported because he was ugly (objectively speaking the guy isn't ugly, honest), but BECAUSE he harassed the girl. The milk comment and that leer are enough for anyone with brain cells to understand what he was talking about.

Also, Japan has a "don't complain, don't create problems for others by reporting" attitude towards workplace harassment, but thankfully that has been changing. I've seen enough Jdramas and varieties with female characters/celebs awkwardly trying to brush off such"jokes" and inappropriate touches. Unless maybe you were actually friends who were okay speaking to each other like this or whatever, why tf would think it's appropriate to make such comments to your colleague?

Sexual comments/ inappropriate ogling do constitute sexual harassment- some people love saying "but it is not like he actually did a crime/ molested her etc so it's not sexual harassment", but in many institutions, it includes many things apart from the more obvious criminal acts

We don't know yet If baby was hurt or not, but I agree with you, but lately this manga is starting to look like a manga made for sjw and females to project their internal and delusional fantasies.
@ActiveInternetSandwich

====>You do realize the way of speaking, gestures make things very obvious when things are "just a joke" and actual sexual innuendos (here th latter was true)

Oh the guy was flirting with me, but because he isn't +8/10 this "jokes comments" he made are highly unappropriated, because only +8/10 deserve my attention.

====>And no, a very attractive male can sexually harass people too

Wrong that would be flirting and be a funny guy, don't lie yourself, I know plenty of things about life to understand this easy concept, the villain looked like a creepy middle age man, we all know if the guy was mr.perfect this chapter wouldn't have made sense.

====>He didn't get reported because he was ugly (objectively speaking the guy isn't ugly, honest)

He got reported because he isn't +8/10 , but we know someone has to make the chapter of mega incel and the princesses who need the super perfect and incredible "cute but attractive" baddie psycho, but in fact he is a sweetie, who will defend the young ladies of this horrendous creature.
This is how you get the hopes up of a population who is suffering this, the author is a genius, make the males think a joke is sexual harassment, sure they will be more confident this way...

====>why tf would think it's appropriate to make such comments to your colleague?

3 options (if you are less than 8 out of 10):
Be a nice guy => this guy makes me feel uncomfortable, or he is too boring, I need a real man who is confident.
Man confident joking with working females => Oh did he just talked and joke about my sexuality, a #MeToo incoming.
Be a jerk => Oh wow this guy is so rough, but he isn't husband material, big no.
So we have if you are nice guy, you are just plain, if you are confident, you get the #Metoo, later females asked, but why is he a misogynist, I don't get it?, be a jerk, continue to be a jerk, after all looking at nice guy and confident guy, be a jerk doesn't look too bad.
This is if you are less than 8/10, if you are +8/10, you can still be the worst scumbag, women will follow you no matter what.

====>Unless maybe you were actually friends who were okay speaking to each other like this or whatever

Yes,the were either in a relationship, married or were fuck friends, nothing surprising, and even if they weren't nightsclubs makes you understand that
what mr. incel said irl makes plenty of women get thirsty or respect the guy courage.

====>The milk comment and that leer are enough for anyone with brain cells to understand what he was talking about.

Not gonna lie, I laughed, not everybody has the audacity and cheekiness to joke, big props for him.
Was a funny joke that not everyone gets.

====>Japan has a "don't complain, don't create problems for others by reporting" attitude towards workplace harassment, but thankfully that has been changing

We all know the #MeToo movement is a big thing in Japan, could this surprisingly be one of the reason of Japan inceldom, just like in western countries and the rest of the world...

====>Sexual comments/ inappropriate ogling do constitute sexual harassment- some people love saying "but it is not like he actually did a crime/ molested her etc so it's not sexual harassment", but in many institutions, it includes many things apart from the more obvious criminal acts

You know what it isn't a crime, false rape reports.

I don't really care what people call me , they may think I'm an incel, but to be honest, I think even divorced men or in general men who are actually are in relationships with women are getting tired of all this "everything is sexual harassment" arguments.
