@TrueGoddessReincarnation Well, there's a new video circulating about a woman in some SA country drilling a live puppy to death and then peed on it and 4chan is trying to locate this person so there are cartoonishly evil people in this world. It could've been fleshed out, though this manga is about justice/retribution porn, but since the guy was divorced the wife could've been abusive which lead to the detachment he had of his daughter. Just relatively recently an abusive wife caused a husband to snap and to kill the wife and his 2 daughters. I would say the expression he had was over the top but the actions themselves are within the realm of possibility.

@me2u Based on what? Zoey Quinn has proven to be a nasty person and terrible grifter through her actions time and time again with 0 credibility. She made an accusation based on 0 evidence on twitter instead of even bothering going through the proper channels. This destroyed the man's life without any chance to defend himself in any meaningful way and he killed himself 5 days later after being demonized and having his professional career ruined based on a twitter post. Do not forget Zoey's origins: A few years back her then boyfriend accused her of cheating on him (with 5 different guys it turns out.) He had some evidence proving that one of her romances were with kotaku redactor. That lead to conflict of interest when gaming journalist sleeps with game dev and promotes her game -> That started Gamergate. Even in relationships she's a terrible person.

Could sure be right? Sure. Probability she's didn't lie through her teeth to garner sympathy and get money as she plays the victim? Near 0.

Sometimes this can get...a bit silly. I believe some of these are supposed to be based on true events and sometimes life is stranger than fiction, especially in Japan, but bullying your own daughter, even if she's a PoS, to suicide and bragging about it, is wild. How is the reporter not in trouble for raising her and taking her side in the whole matter as well, especially since he's bragging about it and reporting on it, leading to her suicide. A lot of the characters, especially the villains, can be too one-dimensionally comical.

Man idk if the author exagerrated or not but is comitting suicide like normal to them.? I know i cant even fathom how horrible these ppl went through but isnt there anything they can do other than just commiting suicide. Is life that cheap to them. Aah man

It's Japan so it might really be believable, even if it doesn't make sense. Even so it's still hard to suspend your disbelief because of how illogical and silly some of the scenarios and situations are.
