Bug i scoring system!!

A BUG:

If I rate a manga 9 and then update the rating to 10, the rating remains 9!!
If I rate a manga 10 and then update the rating to 9, the rating remains 10!!

Though it shows that rating changed in my own ratings, but in the statistics bar, the numbers don't change!!

Please verify this and resolve this!!

I have verified it over another account!!

And lets say I rated like this 6-> 10 -> 2!!

Then 6 remains when iI update rating to 10!! Now when I update to 2 the 6 becomes 10 and so on!!
