Okay that's a fair point, and since you touched that point, kinda of surprising the manga takes itself so seriously, since everything is over the top, they could have made some pretty wacky fights.

Ya kno all the had to do was fly around because fire doesn't instantly drain an area of oxygen so as long as you kept a somewhat decent speed since you know you can fly the wind would make it to your nose and mouth and you could get oxygen. HEll they even proved the fire wasn't directly on her face so she should've been able to breath

If there's any constant in this series is that nobody is very smart, especially when it comes to the evil classmates.

Maybe it's semantics super power, it's "absolute defense", not "invulnerability", maybe it's only truly absolute against things that are recognized as "attack", her tied up in lava technically isn't an attack.

So I see it going two ways, the paper will be slowly burned by the heat and she becomes vulnerable, or the paper can't be destroyed but don't identify the heat as an attack, so she's gonna cook slowly.
