By separating the deed to many small parts, he can make his classmate do it without feeling any guilt. All of them basically think “its not my fault" and be fine after they burn someone alive. He really knows how to manipulate the masses

It's say it's the opposite - everyone is a little guilty, making everyone a partner in crime, so they're forced to stick up for one another to avoid trouble.
Reminds me of how difficult it is to root out corruption irl when the whole community is involved in e.g. bribery that goes all the way to the bottom and nobody dares to take any action against it.

Correct me if im wrong but when you basically have powers like him and you apply your lil super strength or whatever your skin and muscles by default become harder so unless this lil ant is op enough to just beat that it wouldn't hurt him?
Since he has super strength wouldn't he just be able to instantly leap out of the pit

Well, there seems to be two ways to explain it. First, ants are just that vicious and thanks to relative size of their mandibles they are able to prick him even through his super tough skin. Pretty good explanation if we consider how many insects are already good at hurting creatures with tough skin thanks to their size giving them pressure advantage, then the venom does the rest. Second option is that his full power isn't always on and when it's on it's not always covering all of his body. This idea would leave him with plenty of relatively weaker skin to bite and is supported by how his unnatural bulking works in panels shown. It also explains how he was able to break his own leg with a slap of his hand.

Now, for leaping out of the pit - guy's a moron who freaked out after the ants started biting. That's the whole point of the trap in the first place. If he stayed calm, he could have just leapt out and get back to fighting with just a few stings, but he wasn't a person to make calm, logical decisions. The fact that he can't use his full strength without activating it also means that he can't just jump out reflexively.

As for the conversation in the pit - MC and orc are slathered in insect repellent. That's literally it. Also, unless you are paralised or bound, you can just leave the pit with few stings. I mean, you can with most real life man eating ants too.

It was more like enlargement of a specific body part just like Luffy's power, where he redirected air bodily fluids to that limb to act like a hydraulic system to lift and throw things.

If it was the standard body strengthening he wouldn't have been able to apply it to his dick, as the hardening skin would have killed the pleasurable sensations he would have felt from the stimulation of the nerves in his dick. Plus as the dick is full of blood-filled tissues used to cause erections, it would explain how he was able to make it larger with his power.

I feel that 2 was the weaker on ability use. Others are much more creative.
But that 2 have a strong ability and just decide to never improve on it.
For the strenght increase guy i could totaly see with enugh training he could transform fully and overpower even poisons. Or cuz its a psychical transformation maybe gain regeneration.
And the arrow girl at minimum could curve her arrows or scatter shot it.
