This was the case. And using Souta instead of "aitsu", "24 yen", or "Miura-kun/Sou-chan" only means he's the closest person to her as of now. Remember how nips refer to other guys by their last name+honourifics, and using the 1st name basis means there is a really close relationship.

The drama that is coming, at last the son realizes that his mother was not the woman she seemed to be, and she will show him her true colors, I do not judge her, a mother would do anything for her children, but she twisted her ideals because of the distrust of men and now she lashes out at her own son.

Haru notices her attachment to the boy, and adored how Haru left that bitch who "wants to" the MC in her place, Haru is not stupid and is not fooled by that good girl facade.

The drama that is coming oof ... two chapters to finish? I just hope a happy ending for the MC and Haru, that they run away together and leave all those horrible and superficial people.

I love when people make "axed" theories without any proof at all. Especially here... when not only no one saw ending yet, phasing wasn't disturbed at all and it always was around 30 chapters story.

@Tamerlane I can't really see them running away together being done in a smooth manner tho. As bad as his mom is, I don't think he has the mindset to escape to never see her again for haru, that is still his mom after all, and he is unfortunately a very kind,yet naive boy.

Unless i'm forgetting something(does she have a lot of money saved?), I don't buy haru having enough money to run away with another person or a good aftermath even if that did happen. And yeah as you said, its unlikely were getting a proper conclusion to all of the stuff going on in haru's family as well. Best I could see is somehow his mom loses ownership of him and he'd be a bit reluctant since that's still his mother, but then we'd get a timeskip to avoid having to deal with all that weight and just see them happy together in the future.

or y'know....Haru hits his mom with talk no jutsu and she magically accepts the two as a couple and is no longer abusive.

I could see them running away together because it ends a few plot lines and would probably lead to logical cause-and-effect conclusions. For instance, the teacher would finally call the police because two kids would be absent for a substantial amount of time, Yuri would have to reflect upon her actions and what she did, and Yuri's stepfather would come to the realization that his stepfather probably just ran away with the kid he had out of wedlock.
