its out of character and even herself says it.because she started liking suwon and jealous about it.jealousy is a far concept for her after all so its out of character.

She's trying to make him jealous of course, probably not really thinking about a concrete plan but she does just want his attention back.

I get that, but she's never been the type to do something like that. I guess in a way you could think that, since this is like the second serious person she's trying to be with, and she doesn't receive a lot of attention from guys she likes, I still don't see her making such a hurtful comment through her wanting to be jealous.
