Can I use SFX from the official TL for my submission?

Currently, I'm going to upload chapter 1 of OMORI (Fan-coloured) to mangadex (once I resolve my suspension due to fucking up by using the official TL) after I've copied and pasted @null_00's text (with permission obviously) onto my coloured version. But, adding null's sfx and removing the official ones is kind of a pain in the ass. Can I just leave the official SFX intact instead to bypass this?

Edit: after rereading it no, what BraveDude said, since it's been treated as raw material.

Rule 1.3.3: Both using the translated script and raw images of an official release as the basis of a scanlation are allowed only if the scanlated release has been re-translated into a different language.

Using the SFX from the official release is not allowed, and this sounds like you've coloured the official release and are retypesetting it; this is also not allowed.

yeah I'm currently in the process of removing all SFX from official release and recolouring the erased spots by layering the Japanese release underneath it. I hope that's allowed? It's so long as there's no trace of the official translation right?

If you're using the official English translation and you remove all the text + SFX as you claim yes, you can use those pages. Just to be sure, you're using the Japanese pages to reduce the amount of redrawing and you'll be using a different translation (the one from the scanlator) for both text and SFX, right?
Yeah, I'm trying not to redo my mistake of uploading the original translation

Please read the rule I quoted; official releases can only be used in uploaded scanlations if the scanlation is in a different language. You're attempting to use the official English release for an English scanlation, which isn't allowed regardless of what you do to it.
