I'm not sure if it's just me or something wrong with my account or something but whenever I went to the mangadex homepage it somehow changed. and when I see the profile it was someone else's profile. but if i went to another page it returned to my usual setting with my own profile. I don't know where to post so if someone can help me I would appreciate it.

It's just a cache problem. Tons of websites have it. You're not actually logged in as them, the cache just serves you what it thinks it should, but once you req a new page it sends correct data. Only thing that might expose is choice of porn last read.
