Can someone tell me what title of manga I'm looking for?

So, uh, I remember something from long ago, I read this manga which the male protagonist doesnt have any eyes superpower when its already common in his generation.
These eyes superpower basically doesnt give you laser or something like telekinesis. Its more like a daily life powerup attachment, wether one knows if its capable or not, someone telling truth or lie, when someone nearly going to die, etc.
The author has been going hiatus because of heavy illness afaik, again I forgot whats his name. So, anyone can help me?
