Can't create comment thread (button does not work); + Can't apply the bbCode to some comments

1st problem
Can't create comment thread, clicking the 'start comment thread' returns nothing

2nd problem
Some comment sections just load indefinitely, never quite fully loading the page, making any comment buttons not work
uBlock origin is detecting google analytics + google tag manager on the website, what would those be? They seem irrelevant and seem to be breaking the website's functionality

EDIT: this is a cookie problem with the google tag manager/ I solved it on my own
