Can’t read “Why Are You Doing This, Duke”

I am trying to read the manga “Why Are You Doing This, Duke” however, every time I select it a pop up appears saying “Warning: Manga #35013 is not available. Contact staff on discord for more information.”
I am trying to access said Manga on my IPhone, my sister can access it, however she is on a laptop. I have already tried clearing all my history and data from my safari. I don’t have the discord app and I’m not sure what to do. Please help!!😫😫

You don't even need to install the dedicated discord app. Just go here and make a throwaway account or w/e. It's incredibly easy.
