Looking for a manga about a pair of siblings, a younger brother and an elder sister in the modern world. Younger brother dies, but revives with a number on his hand and a dagger. Number on hand shows the number of days he can live. You can up the number by killing other people with numbers(You take their life points) or monsters. He gets attacked and elder sister kills herself? and revives by spliting his powers to protect him. Apparently she's a psychopath and it bothers the little brother enough to betray her.
