The manga is completed and the plot was about some boy who was the heir of his family (?) but he injured his arm and his dad sent him away secluded and he lived his days just depressed until a girl shows up basically was bought by his dad to be his maid/future wife and this is like fedual japan kinda Anyways he and her live together on some like mountain and he gradually warms up to her and they fall in love
One plot point I remember was there was an earth quake ?? For some chapters he thought he lost her but she survived it
