Can't Remember The Name of This Manga...

SO there was this manga I read sometime last year that I can't seem to find AT ALL! Here are some details:

*Male mc is an outcast because when he is around all electronics stop working completely
*Male mc was raised in a survivalist way by only his dad(?)
*In the first chapter he tries to befriend kids in his class/school but he gets brushed off
*Suddenly the world becomes a forest with the exception of the building that the mc and the other survivors live in (a school or hospital i think)
*There are giant insects and a saber-tooth at some point

I remember really liking it. If that's too little detail I can try to remember more.
