Can't upload anymore

I had an issue where i uploaded a official english rip without realizing it and now anything i try to upload is met with "cannot upload at this time" so does this mean i can no longer upload scans, or is it just a bug?

@Neko_Chan Likely a restriction has been put on you because you uploaded an official rip. You need to contact the mod Lymus to resolve this.
