If human vomit was pretty sterile, tasted sweet, had an unbelievably long shelf life, and also had healthy side effects from eating, then I’d say it’s an apt comparison.

That's why honey is technically not bee vomit,albeit it is made in the same container as what bees eat with(and if they had to vomit,it'd come out of the same tubes),and is most certainly not the weirdest thing that has entered an animal before humans ate it.

That's for the Indonesian coffee lovers to try and justify.
