Pantsu?
I've noticed a lot of these videos are being taken off of YouTube, sad.
I have a lot of questions but I'm not even going to ask

This kind of videos were considered a work of art, and about the pantsu themselves they bring powers to whoever they wear them, that's why anime girls are so overpowered. Male characters know this, that's why they wear them as a crown or mask, and even cross-dress. You know you've met the final boss when an anime girl wears some in the head in addition to the usual place. Instead, going commmado makes them weak. Does that make sense now, right?

A conductor is a magician that brings forth life; a shaman who evokes spirits.
From one of my theory professors at college:
What do you do with a kid who can't play an instrument? Give him two sticks and make him a drummer.
What do you do if he can't do that? Take one stick away and make him a conductor.
And if he can't do that? Take the other stick away and make him a professor.
And if that fails? Give him a typewriter and make him a critic.

As someone who has watched this film when it was screened (well, also on TV), someone who fails becomes a music stand.

What if he can't type!

But let's be real, a conductor is someone who has spent their life in music and a professor needs to be good at least with one instrument, at least in the old continent.

Almost everyone at that level has some facility on at least one instrument (or as a vocalist voice) and also basic piano skills, though once you get into the theory/history side of things, that can get pushed to the side somewhat.
