What visual novels are you playing? Which ones would you recommend?

Besides the ones I've already mentioned, from that VN yuri list from Dynasty the short ones I enjoyed are Lilycle Rainbow Stage!!! and OshiRabu (only the first title). They're cute, but not as powerful as SonoHanabira or Kindred Spirits on the Roof, just okay.

I've never seen them because I filter out everything other than Japanese manga

I keep English on because I used to follow a few authors like Merryweather and sometimes another author, but lately I see nothing of interest.

When you block an uploader or a group those chapters no longer appear neither on updates, search or inside the title themselves. The main reason I blocked in the past was because they don't upload chapters to MangaDex, only direct links to redirect on click (so I basically added groups). After some time, I had to add trashy scans and MTL users:

I didn't really bother with it, but that stuff all having a single source made it much more easy to block it entirely.
Also decided to block NamiComi's auto-uploader. And the Cringe HP Fanfic Comic uploader too

I'd just like to state for the record that I had nothing to do, in any way, with the events of the last 30 hours, and would certainly never revel in or make light of those events. (And certainly wouldn't claim that someone had it coming.)
