Considering that Zeph messaged in the 7th Anniversary thread made by David, I don't think we are going to see one. Maybe the team decided that they don't need to take on this year's pain in ass anymore, as long as people are informed it's fine.

lol. Then it'll be like that one webnovel/anime series, where theres only limited classes, powers available, and so everyone has to get first dibs on them while avoiding the landmines (bad or useless skills).
