Be prepared for acclamation or humiliation depending on the thread. (Or being ignored - sometimes that happens too.) But yes, you can do this.

Sure! Especially in manga discussions! I do that all the time when reading old stuff.

I also like receiving notifications from people who are reading the same manga I read a while ago.
