Well, i'm (probably) in the same boat as you, but I dislike it, because it means that they don't see me as a person, but instead a means to an end. I'm pretty sure nearly every good thing that I have irl could be summarized as "He got this because he's special". Hell, even my time in this site could be summarized in that way. I'll probably won't get a geniune connection with someone, so I just given up on that. I've exaggerated my spedness too many times to get a laugh out of people, so it's probably deserved.

If you think you're neurodivergent and it's affecting you badly, why don't you seek a specialist?
Or at least look up help online.

Well, that's odd for us. Our obligatory schooling system before uni is 6 + 4 + 2 (though nowadays I think it is 6 + 3 + 3) and during high school (we call it "bachelor") everyone studies a different track (arts, humanities, social studies, healthcare/technical/earth science or another one I don't recall) but everyone must study:

• The language of their region (if any, exceptions apply).
• Spanish.
• English.
• Philosophy.
• History (World History the first year, of "Spain" the second year).
• P.E. only the first year.
• One subject of their choice from a list (another foreign language, research on a specific field or subjects like an introduction to computer science).
